Why new businesses
Reach owners before they choose anyone.
In its first few weeks, a new business picks an insurance agent, a bank, a card processor, an accountant, and a payroll provider. Most of those choices go to whoever reaches the owner first.
A new contractor needs liability to get licensed and a truck to get to the job. A new restaurant needs a POS before opening day and payroll before the first shift. The filing tells you who just started; we find the number.

What is FiledToday?
A Florida data service for businesses that sell to new companies: commercial insurance agents, business bankers, merchant services reps, bookkeepers and accountants, payroll providers, and others. Each weekday we take the new business filings the state publishes, filter them to your county, remove holding companies and filing services, research the owner's phone number, and send you the list by email, Google Sheets, or CSV.
Are these businesses asking to be contacted?
No. They just registered a business with the state. A new filing is a timely reason to introduce yourself, not a request for a quote or a call. FiledToday fits teams that already prospect.
Can I get the kinds of businesses I sell to first?
Yes. Every list keeps all of your county's new businesses, sorted so the ones that fit what you sell come first: contractors and trucking companies for commercial insurance, restaurants and shops for merchant services, early employers for payroll, and so on. Tell us what you sell when you request your sample.
Does every lead have a phone number?
Yes. We only deliver leads where we found a phone number. Email and website are included when we find them and left blank when we do not. Every lead also has the full mailing address from the filing.
How many leads will I get?
It depends on your county. Between August 17 and October 9, 2026, Miami-Dade County averaged 374.0 new filings per business day, while many rural counties averaged fewer than one. Each county page shows current numbers. We do not promise a fixed daily count.
How much does it cost?
Plans run $99 to $249 a month depending on county size, billed month to month. The free county sample needs no card and does not start a subscription.
When will I get my first list?
Once your county and setup are confirmed, your first list arrives the next weekday morning, built from the latest published filings.
Is my county exclusive?
No, filings are public. But the state's files have no phone numbers and are full of holding companies, so almost no one calls from them. You get each business the morning after it registers, with the owner's number already found, so you'll usually be the first to call.
Can I use my own CRM?
Yes. The CSV imports into any CRM that accepts CSV files, and the Google Sheet works on its own. There is no software to install.
Is FiledToday affiliated with Sunbiz?
No. FiledToday is an independent service. Sunbiz is the State of Florida's business registry and remains the official source for filings.
